As Clinical Director, Heather oversees clinical operations across all Stellar Orthodontics locations in Delaware. She ensures that our clinical team consistently delivers the highest standards of care, coordinates patient flow and scheduling, mentors clinical staff, and helps maintain the welcoming, patient-first culture that Stellar Orthodontics is known for throughout the state.
