2. The visit
About 60 minutes. Full orthodontic exam, diagnostic photos, x-rays, 3D iTero scan, and HLD Index scoring.
3. The verdict
You learn whether your child qualifies before you leave. If they do, we begin the pre-authorization submission.
4. Treatment begins
After approval (typically 2 to 4 weeks), we schedule braces placement. No member cost-share for covered services.
